UK: Fire Breaks Out in Rochester Row, Westminster Residential Building

A large fire broke out in the sixth floor flat of a seven-storey residential building in Rochester Row, Westminster, London, on Friday, May 23. The fire has been brought under control, but its cause remains unknown.
